So, ortolan is a songbird. And in France, it’s–it’s considered such a delicacy that the tradition of eating an ortolan is to cover your head with a napkin while you eat the bird because it is so sinful and lustful that it’s–that it’s–that it’s, like, it’s a disgrace, ha ha, to God.
